MyEKC vs Ninety.io: two different jobs
If you run on EOS®, you probably use Ninety.io — and you should. This page is not an argument against either one.
It is about a gap most EOS companies hit somewhere around year two.
What EOS gives you, and what it doesn’t
EOS gives your leadership team a Vision/Traction Organizer, an Accountability Chart, Rocks, a Scorecard, and a weekly meeting rhythm. It aligns the top of the house better than anything else on the market, and Ninety.io runs that rhythm well.
But the Accountability Chart tells you who owns a seat. It does not tell you how the work in that seat actually gets done.
Ask an EOS company for the documented process behind one of those seats and it is usually in someone’s head, or in a Drive folder nobody has opened since the last quarterly. The leadership team is aligned; the other forty people are still improvising.

The pricing difference that matters at scale
Ninety is priced per seat. That is fine for a leadership team of seven. It becomes a budget conversation the moment you want everyone in the company using it — which is exactly when documented process matters most.
MyEKC tiers include five users and add people at $3 each. A 25-person company runs about $129 a month. The same headcount on per-seat EOS software lands somewhere around $300–400. Rolling documentation out to your whole team shouldn’t require a business case.
Most companies should run both
We mean that literally. EOS for the leadership operating rhythm. MyEKC for the documented execution underneath it.
Here is how they fit together: your Accountability Chart names a seat. The Job Performance Agreement in MyEKC defines what success looks like in that seat — and the person sitting in it accepts it, with a date stamp. Your Rocks set the quarter’s priorities. Your processes make sure the daily work behind them happens the same way every time.
One aligns your leaders. The other aligns everyone else.
If you’re an EOS implementer
You already know the gap we’re describing, because you watch clients fall into it between sessions. MyEKC gives you the implementation layer — your clients build documented systems while you focus on the work only a human can do. You can run it under your own brand, with a separate instance for each client.
