EVA answers “help me do this thing.” EVA Coach answers “help me think this through.” They share one conversation, so you can move between them without starting over. EVA Coach is included in your first month, then optional at $249/month.

Yes. With the EVA Process Partner, paste a process from almost any source and EVA improves and formats it in minutes — or start with just an idea or a name, and EVA guides you.

Beyond the processes and policies you build, an EVA Content page lets you add your own documents and information — so EVA becomes a well-informed thought partner specific to your company.

No. EVA’s answers are drawn from your actual processes, policies, and people — plus anything you add on the EVA Content page — so you get guidance you can act on, not generic advice.

An AI Request is each message, question, instruction, or follow-up you send to EVA or EVA Coach during a conversation. Building one process usually takes several — your first instruction, then each refinement. Your MyEKC tier sets how many you get each month: 250 on Basic, 500 on Pro, 1,000 on Business. Move up a tier any time.

Yes — EVA Coach works inside MyEKC, so she comes with any active subscription. She’s included in your first month; after that she’s optional at $249/month, and you can add or drop her any time.

No. EVA builds, EVA Coach guides, human coaches lead. EVA Coach keeps the plan between sessions and helps you think through what’s next; a certified coach brings judgment, challenge, and a relationship that grows over time. Many leaders use both.

Yes. Tell her about your departments, positions and people. She organizes it, suggests reporting lines, flags anything missing, and — once you approve — imports it directly. No spreadsheet to download and re-upload.

Yes — 14 days free, with everything switched on: the platform, EVA, and EVA Coach. You pick your MyEKC tier when you sign up; nothing is charged until day 15, and we email you on day 11 before anything happens.

Your first month includes EVA Coach at a discounted $180 (normally $249). She helps you get your organization set up in conversation — departments, positions, people, reporting lines — and, when you approve, imports it directly. Then she helps you decide what to build first. From month two, your bill is simply your tier.

Yes, for established partners. You operate your own instance of MyEKC and can replace or modify the MyEKC brand with your own. Each of your clients gets their own separate instance, and clients can add their own logo too. See the Partners page.

As a partner, you run your own instance (you can add EVA Pro and EVA Coach to help your professionals onboard MyEKC with each client). Each client gets their own separate instance — typically with EVA built in — that they run day to day.
